EPIC Vision

Ministry Vision:

EPIC Church is a multi-cultural and multi-generational church in the KC metro area that
exists to make Jesus famous, one life at a time.

Ministry Target: the pre-churched and the de-churched.
Ministry Approach: creative, casual and contemporary.
Ministry Goal: help people become fully devoted followers of Jesus.

Ministry Strategy:

1. Experience the EPIC Experience and a Personal Experience
2. Participate in the EPIC Community and the EPIC Conversation
3. Invest by Serving with EPIC and Giving to EPIC
4. Commit to the EPIC Mission and a Personal Mission

Ministry Values:

1. We are willing to do anything short of sin to reach people.
2. We exist more for the people outside of the church than the people inside the church.
3. We are a church for anyone, but not for everyone.
4. We will never be too big...or too small.
5. We are going to say no more than we say yes.
6. We don't want you to like everything about our church.
7. We view everything as an experiment...so failure is an option.
8. We believe that playing it safe is actually risky.
9. We pray like it depends on God and work like it depends on us.
10. We believe that God deserves our best and anything less is unchristian.
